Blue & Gold Fundraiser
Money turn-in times are:
Saturday, February 13, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 20, 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, February 21, 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
The place to turn in money for Blue & Gold is the home of Doug and Dena Divelbiss, 309 Park Hill Dr.
No money should be given to directors or dropped off at the front desk at school.
The very popular Blue & Gold sausage, bacon and chicken fritters fundraiser will continue through Friday, January 29. Order forms are available in boxes in all the band and orchestra rooms for students in grades 9-12. All necessary information about the fundraiser, including prices, are on the order forms.
To help estimate your points for the Spring trips the profit is $1.00 per sausage, $2.50 per bacon, $3.00 per chicken sold. Blue and Gold offers bonuses that have been applied to the student’s accounts for the fall sale. Those selling this Spring will receive these bonuses $.65 per sausage, $.80 per Bacon, $1.00 per chicken.
Sales dates are Monday, Jan. 11th to Friday, Jan. 29th .
Order Turn-in Date: Friday, January 29th - All order forms must be in the collection boxes in the band and orchestra rooms no later than Friday, January 29. Please only turn in order forms at this time (money turn-in is later, see below). Please make sure your student's name is on the top of the order form and please note two or three phone numbers where you can be reached.
The tentative delivery date for the Blue & Gold product is Wednesday, February 10, at the High School Fine Arts Center, 18th Street entrance to the front lobby. When the delivery date is confirmed, that information will be posted in the band and orchestra rooms. Remember, these are frozen products and must be picked up on time.
Money is collected for orders at time of delivery of your product to your customers. Have your customers make checks payable to "BBOB".
